CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE WEBSITE USER

This document defines the terms and conditions of receiving and processing by the right holder of the website simrussia.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "MARKET", legal address: 119602, Moscow, Troparevskaya str., possession 4, room 805, TIN - 7736588747, OGRN - 5087746670237 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), personal data of the user who accesses the Website and its services (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

The User provides the Operator with their personal data in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 №152-FZ "On Personal Data" by filling in special fields in the forms of services posted on the Site, including feedback forms, and/or by communicating their personal data to the Operator in any other way (including those communicated additionally by phone, in the process of using the Site).

The User fully accepts the terms of this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") by filling in the relevant feedback form and/or by using the services of the Site and/or the Site as a whole.

5. transfer of personal data in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation; 6) blocking, deletion, destruction;
6. any other actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data, performed with or without the use of automation tools.

The Operator has the right to transfer and/or entrust the processing of the User's personal data to third parties (provided that the confidentiality of personal data is observed, and provided that this does not violate the User's legitimate rights and interests and the provisions of applicable law). The third parties engaged by the Operator shall process the User's personal data provided by the Operator to the extent, for the purposes and by the methods set forth in this Consent.

5. This Consent shall apply to all information that the Operator may obtain about the User during his/her use of the Site and its services. Use of the Site and its services means the User's unconditional consent to the terms of processing of his/her personal data, including through the use of web analytics systems.

In case of disagreement with these conditions, the User shall refrain from using the Site and its services.

6. Consent to the processing of personal data is given from the moment the User provides his personal data to the Operator without limitation of its validity period.

7. The User is notified that he/she has the right to withdraw his/her Consent (including his/her consent to receive advertising and information materials of the Operator and partners) at any time by sending a written application to the Operator.
